Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

We collect account details (name, email, phone), agency verification documents, listing content and images, and inquiry messages you send to agents.

How we use it

Your information is used to operate the marketplace: to verify agencies, connect customers with agents, process credit purchases via PayPal, and improve our services.

Sharing

When you submit an inquiry on a listing, your name, email, phone number and message are shared directly with the listing agency so they can respond to you.

Storage

Uploaded images and documents are stored securely using Cloudflare object storage. Account data is stored in an encrypted database.

Your rights

You can update or delete your account information at any time from your profile settings, or by contacting our support team.
