1. Platform role

MaskanQatar is a marketplace connecting home-seekers with independent, verified real estate agencies. We do not own, manage or broker any of the properties listed on the platform.

2. Agency accounts

Agencies must submit accurate company and licensing information for review. MaskanQatar reserves the right to approve, reject or suspend any agency account at its sole discretion.

3. Credits & payments

Listing credits are non-refundable once used to publish, feature or premium-boost a listing. Credit purchases are processed securely via PayPal.

4. User conduct

Users agree not to submit false inquiries, misuse contact details, or attempt to circumvent the platform's moderation systems.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
